Iranian film producer and Kheirandish’s friend, Bita Mansouri, announced on Tuesday that the popular actress left the hospital on Monday, adding that she will continue her recovery at home.
Mansouri described Kheirandish’s condition as “favorable”.
Kheirandish was admitted to hospital late last month, about a week after she was diagnosed with the coronavirus as her condition deteriorated.
Born in 1954, Kheirandish made her film debut with 'Days of Anticipation' in 1986.
She has performed many diverse and memorable roles and is known as a versatile actress.
Kheirandish was awarded at the Iran Cinema Celebration for her role in 'Fifth Reaction' in 2003.
Her performance in 'The Custom of Lover-Slaying' brought her a Crystal Simorgh award at the Fajr International Film Festival in Tehran in 2004.
In 2009, she won another Crystal Simorgh for her role in 'Invitation'.
